These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sleep Room website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur, in which case we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Promotional vouchers are subject to their individual terms (such as minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits) as shown at the time of application. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Where a trial period is offered on a product, its specific terms will be stated on the product page. If a refund is approved, any voucher-covered portion of your order will be re-issued to you as a new voucher, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Products are covered by the warranty period stated on the product page at the time of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
To the extent permitted by law, Sleep Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
